Mr. Adebola Adebule is the Principal Partner of Bola Adebule and Company – a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Mr. Adebola is a serial entrepreneur with businesses spanning real estate consulting, construction, facilities management and cement distribution among many other business interests.
He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors Valuers (NIESV) and a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board. He is also a Member, National Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD), a Certified Facility Manager and a Certified Project Manager.
As a fresh graduate of Estate Management from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu. He started his working career with Charles Adebiyi & Co, a chartered property firm situated in Lagos as a Property Manager.
After his stint at Charles Adebiyi & Co, Mr Adebola was employed as an Estate surveyor at Solid Foundation Estates Ltd, one of the leading Estate Surveying & Valuation firm in Nigeria, where he held sway and became Head of Agency and Management Department at the Head Office in Lagos where he cut his teeth as a thoroughbred professional with high level of integrity.
In search of his Golden Fleece and quest for new challenges, he resigned gracefully from Solid Foundation Estates Ltd and founded BreezeLand Properties and later to set up another firm, Bola Adebule and Co, a first class Real Estate Property Development Company.
Mr. Adebola is a skilled professional still in the prime of his age and career. He is happily married with children.
