Fayokemi Dada currently occupies a dual position of Company’s Adviser and
Head Legal. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the
University of Lagos and proceeded to Bradford University School of
Management where she bagged her M.sc in Human Resource Management.
She started her professional career at the Law Firm of Bayo Ojo where she
underwent an extensive internship program and was exposed to vast area of
Law and garnered legal skills tailored at meeting the various demands of
modern legal practice after which She joined the Peacegate Group as the
Human resource analyst. She also worked with Lekki worldwide investments
Ltd. As the Legal Analyst after which she joined POD Consult as the Human
resource executive. She has sat on various board meetings, advised clients in
corporate restructuring, regulatory and industrial compliance, Labour relations,
legal advisory services, agreement draft and review and corporate commercial
services.
Fayokemi is an avid reader, a skilled researcher and demonstrates excellent
skills in Due Diligence, Legal Risk Management and advice on corporate
matters. She is a presently with Bola Adebule and Co.
